In our whole process of planning our trip it amazes me on how everything just falls into place. One of the biggest obstacles I was going to face was how we are going to eat gluten free while traveling in the "land of bread and cheese". After doing some research I learned that England has many gluten free items at their grocery stores and there is even a Fish &Chips place that opens 2 days a week for only Gluten Free fish and chips. Yay!
While we are in Paris I only could find 1 very expensive gluten free restaurant and a bakeries that offer gluten free macaroons. We are staying in a bed and breakfast and I explained that we would be fine with just fruit and eggs. She offered to make us dinner at a decent price but was afraid to ask her to cater to our needs. After emailing with her today I shouldn't have feared, her husband is gluten free too and cook everything gluten free! Yay
We have been so blessed to find such wonderful people along the way to help us make our trip an awesome and enjoyable experience! We can't wait to see them all!
